add-victor was founded in 2012 by Steve White-Cooper, a former professional rugby player, who represented both Harlequins and England. Born in South Africa, his family emigrated to the UK where he undertook both his school and University education. On graduating Steve turned professional playing for five years.
Following his retirement from rugby at 27 and his move into Executive Search, Steve recognised through his own development that the skills gained from elite sport were directly transferrable to the work place, with the same ingredients for success applying to both sports and business.
- At the centre of add-victor is a recruitment offering enabling corporates to capture unique and inspirational talent.
The add-victor talent pool covers elite athletes from over 50 sports with a high number having performed in either the Olympic or Paralympic Games. On the veteran’s side, the military officers come from all three services, many of whom have served in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Steve passionately believes that the add-victor talent pool, combining academics and a track record of success, represents some of the strongest talent around.
