Our talent pool spans all sports, levels, and experiences, providing career opportunities for all, including supporting underrepresented groups. Whether at university playing BUCS sport, a committee member, playing sport full-time, amidst an Olympic or Paralympic cycle, a couple of years into your career, or officer across all three services of the armed forces, the add-victor platform is tailored for all career levels and stages.

No, there is no cost for candidates to use the platform. Creating a profile and accessing our resources is free.

Absolutely! We offer opportunities for all levels of experience. You can choose your activity preference based on your openness to new opportunities (Seeking or Listening). If you have selected Seeking, we will actively share with you our live opportunities, if they match with your preferences and profile. If you are Listening, we recognise that you are open to hearing about exciting opportunities based on your work preferences, although you may not be prioritised in the shortlist process as a candidate.

The Talent Lens enables add-victor to target candidates based on the employers’ target criteria. Candidates would receive matching career opportunities or exciting company events that fit their profile.
